are made to order using as many local ingredients as possible and delivered to your door( local delivery only), or
can be collected from my kitchens with prior arrangement.
So if you have got friends and family coming to stay, or you are having a drinks party and

Flour less cake made with ground pistachios and almonds, packed full of grated lemon zest, once cooked the cake is
punched with a lemon syrup and finished with a rosewater icing and chopped pistachios.

Light smoked salmon with cream cheese, black pepper and dill sitting on a brown bread croustade.
Thai Chicken Skewers
Tender pieces of chicken marinated with chilli, coriander, ginger, lemon grass and coconut, cooked on wooden
skewers and finished with lime juice. (Need reheating)
Minced lamb flavoured with cumin, fenugreek, garlic and chilli rolled into a kofta and cooked on a wooden skewer.
Goats Cheese and Red Onion Tart
Creamy goats cheese baked on a puff pastry tart with caramelised red onion marmalade.
