I try and use as many local suppliers as possible when buying ingredients to make my products.
I currently use:
Matthews Cotswold flour from Shipston under Wychwood.
Cotteswold Dairy for my cream and milk
Free range eggs come from College Farm, Evenley
Honey comes from Oxfordshire Honey in Clifton, the proprietor has a stall next to mine at Deddington farmers market once a month selling it by the jar.
My butter is an English unsalted one.
When in season I use walnuts and hazelnuts and lavender from Heath farm where my kitchen is based.
