One of the things that gives me so much satisfaction is watching the joy on people’s faces when they get to taste something I have produced, not a lot of words just a lot of ‘oohs’ and ‘ahhs’!
I set up Cotswold Baking because pastry has been a passion in my life since the age of 14. That was when I got my first job working in a local bakery, in my home town Somerset. Setting up my own bakery in the Cotswolds and creating delicious cakes from first-class ingredients is like a dream come true.
My main apprenticeship was served under the guiding hands of Michel Roux Snr at The Waterside Inn in Bray. I could not have asked for a better person to school me in all things Patisserie.
